It was great to be near archaeological museum of thera. The amazing view to the volcano from the room: )

Access to the hotel rooms is via the terraces, also for staff and neighbours - privacy hardly possible.

Service and equipment of the hotel are first class! Cleanliness and breakfast also leave nothing to be desired!

In October you would be happy about a heated pool - despite an outside temperature of about 30 degrees! Otherwise there is nothing to complain about!

The staff is very friendly, warm and authentic, the view is indescribably beautiful!

- Room was extremely humid ... all clothes (even clean ones) got wet over the week. - Tub in room (spa) was not hot water and could not be arranged - Steam bath didn't work properly (not enough steam)

Brilliant, breath-taking panorama view, unforgettable experience. Educated staffs. Definitely one of best stay in the past. Almost perfect!

Highest season in the island with best view then understand the expensive cost, however still felt overpriced... Also asked them to have late check out, which is meintioned in the website that is possible depdenent on availability. They declined my offer as next guest planned to arrive soon. However even at 18.00 the room was available. I am not sure the guest changed the plan or not..but not good impression anyway. However you would never be dissapointed with the stay there.

Fabulous. Superb service. Gorgeous property. Incredible views. Individual terrace. Service, Service, Service! And I never do these surveys but Chromata was a wow!

While it did not bother me, the Hotel is on a cliff, so it is full of steps down. 8 to reception, another 6 to my room and 15 more to the pool/restaurant. This is not a hotel for the handicapped or anyone who does not want the "stairmaster experience." But this is also a healthful experience as they don't need a gym!

The staff was excellent, always with a smile on their faces and glad to be of any assisatant whatsoever. The hotel is very beautiful and its facilities wonderful. Very clean and very asthetically pleasing. Our room was No22 and had a great view, very roomy and with a fantastic view from a window overlooking the caldera from the bedroom. The berakfast is simply fantastic and you can chose from a list what you want, served at your balacony. The restuarant has some fantatsic food! is was a delight, best food we ate on the island. We never had to carry any luggage, it was alwys taken care of. We definitly recommend the place and would gladly go back.

Some minor details, The room could use an additional mirror, besides the one in the bathroom, as well as a small garbage can besides the one in the bathroom. (other rooms seem to have this, not ours) It was never an issue though and we never complained about it. Hotel should post a private sign on its entrance from another hotel (has more than one) as lost tourists kept finding their way to our room. But that seems to be the case everywhere in Santorini.

The view is the best. Rooms were nice. Bed was comfort. Breakfast was so good. Staff were so helpfull.

Wish they had temp controled pool. Water was so cold all the time.

The location is perfect- view over the caldera exceptional- style of architecture and spaces unique- relaxing

Rooms & bathrooms are poor compared to the night price- facilities not various- we didn't have water for the first day, it's not acceptable when u pay the price we did for 1 night.

Ah what can I say! It's a paradise :) Probably one of the most magical places we ever stayed in.. Our junior suite was outstanding with breathtaking views, the staff was absolutely lovely and helpful in every way.. can't wait to be back! :)
